New to Air Rifle - Need scope suggestion for Beeman R1

Hello all,

I recently purchased an early BEEMAN R1 and the previous owner has a very inexpensive TASCO rifle scope mounted which has failed badly.

I am told an air-rifle specific scope is required to function properly and I am looking to purchase such a scope.

Would appreciate the names/models of any suggested scopes??

I am fine with a 3-9X40mm with 1" tube since my rings are 1"
