I get at least 150 shots from a full LP10 cylinder. That's with a chock-full 200bar cylinder fresh off the hand pump, not a scuba tank transfer, although scuba tanks are overall much less work than a hand pump.

I get from 100-120. I normally refill when the nipple goes down, but have shot farther a few times and got 120 I think.
