wristmovement

Post by Robert »

Sometime ago I read a rather long post at this site about wristmovement during the breaking of the shot (pistol) and how to avoid it. I think it was from a russian coach but I´m not sure. Tried to find it in the TT archive but wasn't successful. Could you please give me a hint were to look for it?
Thanks in advance

Re: Article on Timed Fire?

Hi Robert.
Are you talking about the article which spoke highly of the benefits training timed fire (5 shots in 20 sec.)?
Warren posted that one, but I can't recall if I made a copy or not. Maybe somebody here has it.
