Building a Target stand

Post by Nick »

Man, I need some serious help...
I'm trying to build an indoor target stand, but I can't find any reference material on targt stand specs. Target height, what type of lighting to use, good brand of paper targets, are all a mystery to me.
Any input or insight? Thanks in advance for the help.

If you are talking about ISSF style shooting then read rule 6.3.0 (and all of the sub-clauses) in the general Technical Rules.

:The NRA has a drawing of a target frame for use in air gun programs. They cost us about $30-50 to make depending on cost of the material. Any one with a table saw or good skillsaw/router can build them. Send me your mailing address and I will be happy to mail you a copy of the drawing.
