When converting a 2 stage trigger to single stage the instructions in English are incorrect. German version is correct.
Page28, paragraph #7, it should read:
.Turn first stage weight screw #4 counterclockwise until you have reached the maximum first stage.
.Cock the rifle.
.Turn set screw #5 (first stage) counterclockwise until the trigger releases.
.Turn set screw #5 from this position approximately 1/4 turn clockwise.
.The trigger is now adjusted to single stage operation, there is no more first stage.
The error was in the wording of clockwise and countercloskwise and the terms "right" and "left".
If you own one of these rifles, make a note in your owners manual.
By the way, I have only owned this rifle for 5 months. Older manuals might be correct.
