Problem with 2 new Anschutz 9015 Air rifles

We have a Problem with 2 new Anschutz 9015 Air rifles,
The rifles have to have the lever cocked more than once
to charge the air chamber.
Both rifles have only been used for a few weeks.
Otherwise they are great air rifles.

Any advise greatly needed.

If they can't or are unwilling to help then contact Anschutz North America to see what they have to say.
