Thanks everyone for your response about smallbore and air rifle shooting clubs in Washington. I also like to know how popular is international style of rifle shooting in the state of Washington, and even the neighboring canada area?

I grew up shooting in Spokane, WA and ended up branching out to shooting all over the inland NW (WA, OR, ID) Montana and Canada in order to build up my credentials for college shooting. International style smbore and air is very popular, especially on the West Coast. I've shot up in British Columbia before as well. I really second Stephanie's enthusiasm. Washington and Oregon are both strong in the shooting sports. I started shooting in the Vancouver, WA area and went to camps and matches down in Salem and eventually up to Tacoma and Puyallup as well. This type of shooting provided me with a solid base to get me to where I am now: a resident athlete at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs training for Athens 2004.
