Are you on the East or West side? East has a club in Spokane, Davenport, Pasco.
West-clubs in Olympia, Tacoma, etc.
If Don is who I think it is, he will definately be able to put you in touch with some good POC's.
If you are in Central Wa, there is Wenatchee.

If you are in the Southwest region, the Vancouver Rifle and Pistol Club has some great programs. They have a junior program with air rifle and smallbore as well as an open smallbore 4-P rifle league team that travels all over the area competing against other clubs. Their number is (360) 253-9651. Hope you find the right place :)
