I have the above reloader and would like to know at which position 1 or 2 does it bell out the shell.
Mine seems to not be belling out, as when I position the projectile and set it, lead is shaved off. I do resize my projectiles after moulding from .314 down to .311.

Station 1 (the front one) outside sizes and decaps
Station 2 caps on the downstroke then inside size + flare neck + adds powder on the upstroke
Station 3 seats projectile and crimps/remove flare.
If you are not getting flare, screw station 2 down further, but only enough to give the minimum flare needed to allow consistent feeding of the projectile.
