SERIOUSLY???
We gave up 50-Meter-Free-Pistol & 50-Meter-Prone in exchange for "Pole Dancing" and "Trans-Gender Team Shooting"?
Please pass the .454 Casull. Saving the last round for myself.

If this is an early April Fool's Day joke it is not funny. :-(

Ok, maybe a little funny, but to ban 50 meter pistol and consider adding pole dancing? What next? Rhythmic gymnastics or synchronized swimming?

Re: Pole Dancing - An Olympic Sport??
It only took the Olympic people slightly over 100 years to discover that you could take one of the horizontal, uneven bars away or one of the horizontal, parallel bars away, mount the remaining pole vertically and have a new "sport" in less space. What an engineering feat!
