Grooved rifle receivers... 3/8" vs. 11mm question

Looking at a clamp-on Skinner receiver peep sight billed as being for an "11mm CZ 452/455 receiver". Will this same sight fit grooved 3/8" US models like the Winchester 69A, 72, 9422, etc...?

No it will not. An 11mm dovetail is different than a 3/8" dovetail. You will have to find a sight made for a 3/8" dovetail if you want to mount it on a 3/8" dovetail.

11mm is very near 7/16". Should have said that yesterday but my brain refused to function.
