Anschutz fore end riser question

Post by Shooterer »

What is the center hole for on the Anschutz Fore-end raiser block 4852/1 (001139) ? A standard quick release sling swivel does not fit in to it.

Thanks for looking,

I think the hole is for the bolt that holds the block onto the old palmrest assembly.

3 years later and I still don't know what that hole is for.

Any Ideas?

Nut-fore end-spacer-old palm rest with the opening along the rest and square head bolt that slides,secures for tighteng on that opening and holds everything together.
Gives the opportunity to play further with the center of gravity;
