Europe has 28 (soon to be 27) countries and 500 million people. Any particular part of Europe?

I take it from your handle that you are in Australia?

My coach is located in Brisbane, and is well familiar with SCATT. Her name is Dina Aspiyanderova. She is a former Olympian, and as a bonus her husband is Anatoly Babushkin. Send me a PM with name and contact info and I can put the two of you in touch.

Now I know why Putin called the breakup of the USSR 'the greatest geopolitical tragedy of the 20th century.

India had a Soviet Coach, so did China, Japan, Australia, Germany... Pretty much every country.
So much talent left the country, and not only in shooting, pretty much in every area.
