Hi trying to find replacement element for front sight bought s/h, seems it is not a common size, I hope the photo is included with this post, dia. Is 14.5 mm

Looks like a Red field aperture. Freeland used to sell them, and Champions Shooters Supply bought most of the products. Contact them, they may be able to help.

Also could be Parker Hale. Similar to Redfield.

Looks just like the insert from my old RWS Diana Model 6(g?) - I no longer have it but perhaps that can help.

This seems to be one of the standard inserts provided with the Weihrauch springers. They come with this tapered post mounted in the tunnel and they usually offer complimentary 5 inserts, like these:
