Well yes.
I have about 5!

In fact you can buy one from eBay for around £1 posted.

Over here in the US, we call 1.27mm a 0.050 inch key...

Oddly enough, we can also buy 1.3mm hex keys. I haven't bother measuring one of each to see if they are actually any different.
