I ran across this book available for download in pdf format.
Haven't fully read it yet but so far it is very interesting.
It is a Draft, from 19 April 2011. 245 pages, so it is comprehensive.
Author is R J Maddison, former British National Coach for Moving Target Shooting from 1988.
Title: Shooting at Moving Targets
Anyone interested in RT will find this a good addition to their library.
Just a look at the TOC should generate interest for many.
