I was wondering for Nazar.
I did not see him in Rio or Bologna...
Anyone knows why he is not shooting?

At a guess, the Russians held a selection match to pick their final team for Rio, and Nazar didn't make the cut. As for Bologna, he either didn't win a medal at any of the WC matches or place high enough to qualify, or he chose not to.

Sadly it seems he was banned from the team for an undisclosed breach of team rules, despite a written protest from all the team coaches.

There was a Facebook storm a few months ago, mainly in Russian.

I'm afraid I don't have more details.
