Any idea on these palm rests?

Hi, I was looking at some 3pos videos and saw a couple of examples of what I think are very tall aluminum adjustable palm rests, they really got my attention, both were used by Chinese shooters, Zicheng Hui and Hongwei Kan, I am attaching both video captures.

Does anyone has a clue of which brand are they? or based on which parts they were assembled?

I have always believed they were one off customs made by Zicheng Hui. If you look carefully at his rifle, you will notice that there is scarcely a part or screw that hasn't been customized.

I think Li Jie and Cheng Dongqi used the same type.

Have seen Japanese shooters using the same palm rests in World Cups.
