I thought that CISM is shot with centerfire rifles. This looks like a .22.

Rough translation from Tanner web site:
"Absolutely identical to 300m standard rifle....Weight 5.5 kg. Designed for rapid fire (CISM). Can also be loaded individually. Cheaper training ammunition."
They do the same pairing for their 300m free rifle.
