Target Pistol Ballistics & Trajectory

Post by David M »

Does anyone have a source of Ballistic information for typical target pistols and revolvers?
Looking for ballistics for .22 LR, .32 & .38 from 4" to 6" barrels at typical target load velocities.
What is the drops, extreme range etc?

You could contact Malcolm Bone who has written books on the subject. He is in Gympie.

If you have a chrony, or know your velocities and weights etc, then just plug your numbers into Chairgun and look at the resulting graphs and charts. It's free. Bhutan if a learning curve with all the tools hidden in various menus, but really not hard to use.
