FWB 800 Basic versus Walther Lg400 Blacktec
I'm looking to get my first air rifle to practice 3p shooting in my basement this winter. I've been shooting my CZ.22 sporter in local smallbore matches. I'd like to upgrade my .22 next year to a match rifle as well so I'm trying not to spend any more than needed. I definitely don't want a SPP as I think it will make prone and kneeling less enjoyable and productive. I'm looking at importing one of these 2 options for around $1300, I'm also open to other options. What do you guys prefer in the low 1k range.

Looks like the Anschutz 8001 club and Walther LG400 universal are also options at about $1300.

One thing I've noticed is you have to step up to the Alutec Economy to get the absorber where FWB includes it on their Basic model. Looks like the Anschutz 8001 Club also doesn't include the stabilizer system.

I have both the LG400 and Anschutz 9003. I prefer the Walther trigger, and the Walther can be filled to 300BAR for 500+ shots per fill. 500 "real" shots plus dry fire makes a fill last a very long time. Since you are on a budget, buying any of the models mentioned would be desirable. 8001 is probably the least refined.
