6400X6400
Steve Angeli posted a 6400X6400 at the Mid Atlantic 6400 at Palmyra last weekend.
It was an amazing feat, only the third time it has ever been done and the first with iron sights for all four days.
He even had his closest competitors were rooting for him as he finished the match with a 10X clean on the final bull.

I could only dream of shooting a score like this, and with irons no less.
Congratulations Steve Angeli. Truly amazing.

Also, there were two 6399's shot. How would you like to drop one point in a 6400 and end up in third place?
Re: 6400X6400
Hell, I'm a shotgun shooter and even I'm impressed! Congratulations!
Re: 6400X6400
Actually there were three 6399's. Some pretty good shooting up in PA!

It is a prone match shot on NRA of USA targets with 22 caliber rimfire rifles.
Each day the competitors shoots 40 shots at 50 yards, 40 shots at 50 meters, 40 shots at 100 yards and a Dewar Course -20 shots each at 50 and 100 yards. The first two days metallic sights are required and on the second two one shoots any sights-either metallic or telescopic at the competitor's choice.

Nothing like losing credibility by being clueless.
