I tryed to follow the manual but think didnt get it right, in the picture bellow i didnt few any resistence until the cocking lever stopped at that point, is the absorber misconfigureted ?
If i use the rifle this way can cause some damage to its system ?
I just did my daughters rifle 2 weeks ago with help from a friend. The adjustment screw is visible in the hole (on the left side of the rifle's action) when the bolt is pulled all the way back. Start with a 1/4 counter clockwise turn left and measure. If it shortens the distance between the barrel and the action then you are turning it in the right direction... continue tuning in 1/4 or 1/8 turns until you get the distance between 12-17mm (if I recall correctly).
