I am curious. Exactly which model Steyr is Bernhard shooting? Is it the LG110 Challenge with the electronic trigger?

It is a Steyr LG110 but with the rear of the stock being from the Steyr LG110E.

Also the hand rest is from the new electronic rifle version.

That's quite the set of sight risers there. Is there a limit on how high over the bore they can be?

60mm from center of your bore to the center of your peep IIRC

I think that it is actually 60mm to the centre of the foresight ring. Which is essentially the "fixed point" of the sighting system. Rather then the rear peep, which will vary with changes in conditions.

Rule 7.4.4.1 Key C

60mm

Distance from center of the front sight ring or top of post to center of bore either directly above or offset (except for those athletes firing from the right shoulder but using their left eye).

It's too low if you ask me, the rules definitely work against big, tall guys like me!

The one thing you have to be careful about with high raiser blocks, is consistancy of 'cant' because the margin of error has increased considerably.
