Centra m22 front sight tunnel help

Hello,

Recently, I just purchased a centra m22 front sight tunnel and for some odd reason, I am having trouble rotating the cant indicator. the knob is extremely resistant and will not turn. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong? does something need to be loosened or do I just keep trying to turn the knob?

With the tunnel facing the target like you would use it - turn the ring on the far side of the tunnel clockwise. That will loosen things up and you will be able to rotate the cant adjustment. When you have the correct cant set, then turn the far end ring counter clockwise to tighten again. Hope this makes sense.

I actually unscrewed the far ring completely and it still won't budge :(
