Kneeling Roll

Hey everyone. I just bought a new kneeling roll from Creedmore Sports and it is a bit large and bulky. I tried taking some of the cork out of it, but it still compresses and causes it to be uncomfortable. What should I do to fix this? Take more cork out or replace it with the bead things in the others?

Buy a bulk container or two of air soft bb's and replace the cork with that.

Ok well is there anything I can do about the cork? Will it become any easier or not
