I recieved a new cz200t yesterday. mostly pleased with the rifle. but it had a terriblly gritty trigger pull. I polished sear face, but maintained the angle exactly. It now has a smooth trigger, but not a good one.
I cannot get a noticable 1st to 2nd stage with the screws. Has anyone moved (added a hole) to put the 2nd stage screw further toward the sear pivot pin to get more pull weight difference?
And, has anyone changed the sear angle to something steeper? (I dont know the term for this. If you partially pull this trigger as it came, then let off, then pull again the sear stays exactly where it was let off. IE barely engaged. when pulling the trigger the hammer creeps forward slightly. It has a sear angle that does not fight the hammer) I think I do not like that at all. I think I want the sear angle to try to reset it's self But I think that is not typical?
anyway I want a noticable 2nd stage, and I want it safe.
Thanks,
Dan
