Spain air gun laws

Are there any restrictions in Spain when buying / transporting / mailing Olympic grade, low power, air rifles or air pistols?

Air rifles/pistols appear to be "Category 4" arms in Spain.

From the Ministry of the Interior's website:

It doesn't look like "Category 4" arms need a license:

But it also looks quite complicated, and I don't know anything beyond what's on the Interior's website, so be sure to do your homework.

Spain has a 18Ftp power limit. So not important for 6Ftp target guns.
I imported several guns from spain, no problem.
Of course, if they're FAC, they're downtuned to 18Ftp
