Hello to all, I was wondering what tricks, remedies, witch potion, to try get rid of a head cold. My son has a big shoot coming up and I was curious to see what has worked for others.
I get into a hot steamy shower for a while with my Saline Spray bottle and get as much loose craap to come out as I can..... Seems to shorten the cold...
I tend to take 'lemsip' which has paracetamol and a decongestant in it. Only thing to point out is that some cold remedies contain banned substances, so if your son is shooting in a sanctioned match then do read the contents, and if in doubt check on the WADA website.
