Front sight of Fein 700 - Where is this piece from ?

Can you, please, tel me where is the item marked with the red square from ?

Is it from the original front sight of my Fein 700 or from the new Centra Adjustable Sight i instaled ?

If it is a rubber Oring(which is broken) it's from the Centra iris.

Thenk you for the answer, but i am afrid this is a metal ring, the Mec key used in the picture below is magnetised.

There is a same piece like yours at the back of the iris.

I placed the ring like the pictures below shows, i think this is ment to prevent the iris to split in two parts like mine, or not ? :-)
