Used this new app called shooters log today at the range

Post by sierra_101 »

Hey guys, just wanted to share a cool story with you all here.

I am NOT a technology type of guy, but I got my hands on Shooters Log iphone app and I used it for the first time this weekend at the range.

Must say, it is a really kick ass app and allows me to backtrack all my shots. Even when im bored sitting on the couch, I look back and see how my shots were at the range.

I suggest you all take a look. Not sure if its available for any other phone. their site is shooterslog.net, chek em out!

What other gadgets or software do u all use?

I do think its important for us type of shooters to use these types of tools to help us see how our progress is going

Great to hear that.

With respect to Olympic pistol, seems moderately better than just snapping some photos with your camera.

For adjusting a scope for your rifle, perhaps it's more suitable.

Where's the analysis of the shots? Deviations, score tracking etc.
Perhap the tip should have been posted in the NRA/rifle section instead.
