Need help find large front apertures

Post by DavePat »

I'm in need of some type of aperture for my Centra Score M22 front sight tunnel in the range of 7.7mm. I realize that this is huge but that is what I need for a large sighting bull for OH shooting at 25 yds. I can't seem to find anyone that offers an adjustable iris in that range (Gehmann, Anschutz, Centra) nor can I find a single glass, plastic, or any other type of aperture that would fit my sight.

Can anyone help ? Any ideas ?

Thanks in advance

Champion Shooter's Supply sells plastic disks that will fit, and then you just run a drill through the center, then counterbore to create the chamfer.

I can thoroughly recommend the Centra Duo Vario foresight, though that would entail fresh outlay and over here that comes in at over £140. Is it not available in the USA? Your post suggests that it is not.

Centra make High End inserts in the range that you're looking for.
