McPhail and Uptagrafft each missed making the finals by a single combined point. While it would have been great to watch both of them side by side in the finals, they represented the U.S. in an outstanding manner for years winning world cups, national championships and earning berths on the Olympic team. I hope they come back to our Prone Regional championship at RBGC next month so I can compete with them again. Hopefully, they will still have some jet lag.
