Pardini HP question

Post by bullseyeny »

I am considering purchasing a Pardini HP in 32 but would like a 22 conversion for it as well. Are they made? Are they accurate? Is it easy to change such that I could use it for 22 and centerfire in bullseye?

The Pardini .32 is not convertible to .22. I can say that yes both are accurate. The .32 not so much beyond 25 meters.

I was under the impression that Pardini USA offerred a 32/22 conversion (but my memory might be playing up).

I saw a conversion there as well but there are no photos, description or instruction. Hence my confusion and hoping someone can help

I remember seeing it (32/22 conversion) last year in Camp Perry - essentially, it's a barrel/shroud assembly and a special slide. For 50yd bullseye they recommend the new 32 ACP version.

OK, maybe. The Pardini HP would need a barrel, bolt, recoil system and special mags. A conversion is not listed on the website. But I did see the .32ACP conversion for the HP at Camp Perry.

I've never seen a official conversion kit, but I know that it's offered here by some (few) gunsmiths. Apparently, it's no big deal to put a .22 system into the HP frame.

Anybody know who's building the .32 ACP? Official Pardini kit?

The Pardini HP 32/22 is super accurate and easy to convert. The sight is adjusted by 12 clicks up to convert from 22 to 32. With a red dot sight it takes 4 clicks up. It cost $3,500.
