FWB 700 alum benchrest convert to standard?

Can a FWB 700 Alum benchrest be converted to a standard rifle that is compliant for competition for a regular shooter? It looks like you just need to take off the benchrest piece and install the a normal hand rest. IS that correct or are there other modifications that would make this non-compliant with ISU rules?
