Apparently in the Bundesliga, as a spectator, you are allowed, or encouraged, to make as much noise as possible to try to distract the competitors.

It is one of those European "final", after the regular competitions. In the "final", all women and men are lumped together, every one shoots one shot. Put your gun down. All spectators make as commotion as possible during the shooting. The lowest shot is eliminated. Go on to the next round, one more gets eliminated. So on, and so on, until the "Champion" is crowned.

It could be a he or a she. Most often it is a he, but there are a lots of he's who are get eliminated before she's.
