Steyr LP10: firing while unlocked

Hi,

I hope that Olympic Pistol includes airguns too. Somehow my pistol started discharging unlocked (dry fire position), as well as locked. What could it be? I'm sorry for an improper question, but there isn't a gunsmith readily available...

probably you are having problems with the cam. Take a look at this topic:

A sequel to the story: it keeps on unscrewing. After three to five hundred of dry fire shots the screw in question is quite loose again. What may be wrong?

after you have it adjusted like you want it, put a small drop of fingernail polish on the threads

This is no adjustment screw. #16 according to the exploded view. Nail polish would be out of place there, I'm afraid.
