You can cascade fill, but the best bet is to get a big 6500 psi nitrogen tank and construct a manafold for your addapters.

GCS - that sounds like a good idea. Where would one get such a tank?
TWP - is that a new scuba tank at the range?

Any industrial gas supply house can provide you with nitrogen cylinder(s). They may charge an up-front rental fee, and they will bring replacements and remove empties on a regular basis, depending on your usage.

Regulator $$

Try to get the Regulator donated... That's the big expense for a system

Here's some photos from our Ole Mill Range facebook page.

We use a 6500 psi nitrogen tank and regulator with just one fill adapter. It's fine for a smaller club. Works great and I'm not running to the dive shop every few weeks. We get a complete fill every time. The tanks are reasonably available at industrial welding gas suppliers. Nitrogen is drier and cleaner than air and has less expansion due to temperature. And they last a long time on a full tank. They are heavy.

One caution - if the regulator gets set incorrectly there is a possibility of bad things happening with a 6500 psi tank and a 3000 psi cylinder. Proper training and care should minimize the probability. A suitable relief would help. We don't let anyone fill that isn't over 18 and properly trained.

First of all Know of the safety guidelines. When you purchase pneumatic cylinders be sure to read up on the safety guidelines first.Because the operating fluid is a gas, leakage from a pneumatic cylinder will not drip out and contaminate the surroundings, making pneumatics more desirable where cleanliness is a requirement.
