grips for a TOZ 35
Where is the cheapest place to get grips for a TOZ free pistol?
That depends. How good do you want the grips to be?
Cheapest: Ask someone who has upgraded to a Rink or similar to sell you their old ones.
Seriously, if you don't want to spend the money on a Rink or similar, just fill and sand what you've got till it fits. Then if you are fussy about appearance, give it a paint job!
If you want it to be a good grip and look nice, you will have to spend some money.

Besides making them yourself, here: http://www.marschalgrips.com/?content=M ... re=toz35-0 They used to be $150.
That was about 3-4 years ago. Can't order them now and they don't respond to emails (search here and find out). Let me know if you're lucky.
Used is also a good place (but you have to wait for a seller).
That comes down to: Morini or Rinks.
