I would recommend dick Horton in Illinois
I do not know if he ships to austrailia but a great person to deal with.
You can see my Horton grips at my pistol team website.
He offers a lot of options and his order form is pretty straightforward except...
he normally offers the pardini in a high raked European grip angle.
You can request a 1911 grip angle (my preference).
I will get his email address tomorrow but perhaps someone here can supply it before then.
