However, you need to find out what plus diopter power is needed.

I suggest you check with your optometrist and determine the exact power.

If you cannot do that, I suggest starting with the +0.50 and/or +0.75 spherical and try them out.

How old are you and do you see 20/20 clearly at a distance?
