Experience with MEC shooting glasses???

Post by tenring »

Anyone?? Thinking of giving them a try unless someone talks me in a different direction.

Thanks for any input you might have.

I have a friend that shoots with them. He handed them to me so i could look at them. I like how you set up three stems and just switch them out.

One of my teammates uses them, and I'm really impressed with the design. If i had to wear glasses, I would use mec

I've used them for years. If I had to start from scratch, I'd buy another set of MEC frames.

As Matt mentioned, if you shoot any air rifle or 3p the ability to set up multiple lens holders for each position is useful.

Thanks everyone for your replies....Sound like a good compromise as they are less expensive than the comperable champions.

I use them, the ability to switch out the lens is great. One con is that I find it very easy to bump the lens out of place as I don't find that the grub screws that hold the part of the frame that holds the lens in place grip enough.
