ISSF Shooting coat fit question

Looking to get my first shooting coat. Not looking to spend a lot of money (just yet) and was eyeing some ISSF jackets in the sub $200 range.

Question:
Unfortunately I'm a 41 short suit guy. I know I'll have to get the sleeves altered but was wondering...should they be snug or loser? Obvious reason is they have 40 and 42 jackets.

Without gettting custom and thus over $200, way over, I was wondering on how tight. I won't be wearing a sweater but likely t shirt or long sleave athletic workout shirt under it.

Any general thoughts?
