Dual post running target scope set up

What is the correct way to set up a dual post running target scope? Also what is the correct method of aiming with the dual post? Anyone know of a link to an article on these scopes? Mine is the Russian model Nygord sold some years ago.

You set the right post for right to left runs and the left post for left to right runs.

You would need to adjust the posts between the fast and slow runs as the lead is different.
