I just received an FWB65 in trade. It shoots H&N Pistol in the 460 fps range.
The problem I am having is at 10yds the pistol shoots 2" hiigh with the rear sight adjusted down as far as it can go.
Advice?

If you have the normal height front sight installed, and you shoot center hold, then what you report is to be expected. FWB makes a higher front sight that you can use for center hold.
If you are shooting sub-six hold, then check to make sure the little plate that defeats the recoilless action is not installed. That would also cause high shots.
Heavier pellets will not bring the group down 2" at 10M.

But I tell ya', accidentally shifting to lightweight pellets from R-10s last night with my C20 raised the POI from a little above the 10 ring all the way to the 6 ring. So I got rid of the old junker pellets. ;-)
But clearly, your other explanations are far more likely to fix the OP's problem than mine.
