Good Anschutz gunsmith in NJ/NY/CT/ E. PA?

For lack of a better place to post this:

I instruct my club's Junior NRA Rifle group. We have a hodge-podge of rifles, among them 6 Anschutz --all different, form old 54's up through the new CMP junior rifle.

The trigger on the CMP gun is horrible and the rest just need to be detail stripped and cleaned and triggers tuned after many years of neglect.

Does anyone know of a competant, target oriented gunsmith within 100 miles of NYC, to whom I could deliver these rifles for some TLC?
Shipping gets too expensive and complex under NJ law (club-owned guns)

Rimfire is a specialty and if you needed barrels done you pretty much have to ship it. For this type of work Frank Manhart might just be your man. Frank is just over the PA boarder off of route 80. Frank is also a junior coach so you guys will have things in common.
