Congratulations to Eric U on 2nd place overall with a great 105.8 final to do it. Mike McPhail also shot a qualifying 597 as did four others, but those five did not make the finals! Really close at such a high level.

Starting in 2009 there is now a five-shot shoot-off of ties to get into a final if there is a tie for 8th place. At the Ft. Benning World Cup there were 9 people who shot a 597 in prone for the four remaining slots in the final.
Thanks! I squeeked into the final and made the best of it. Emmons also did very well. McPhail just didn't get his shoot-off going fast enough and there is no time for recovery in five shots.

Eric,
VERY nice final you shot there. I watched the video at issf TV, and I must say: You are so fast to pull the trigger. Doesn't seem that you wait to long to take the shot once you get the target into your sights. 3-4 seconds? Impressive to watch. That is something I'm trying to get in my mind - if it's perfect - why wait?
