Old Sius SA9003 instructions needed

Today I wqs shooting new range 50m and there was old Sius SA9003 devices. I turn power on and screen was orange and then it was booting up. After that in screen r ead something like that: Undefined choose event and so on. If I remember correct there was push buttons Recall, Print, Zoom and two switches and key lock. How I can choose correct shooting program? Any button or switch did not response.
