Sight problem

Hi everybody,
i have sigt problems. i cant adjust the distance btwn my eye and the rearsight. so i see the rearsight circle with different diameters.
i have that problem in every position (air rifle, smallbore 3 positions)
i dont have any glasses. what's your advices??

should i buy glasses, put any marker on the cheek-place, put any distance marker on the rearsight, or what???

This has to do with the position you place your head.
Once you manage to place it in the exact position every time you aim,then the circle will always be the same.
