izh 46m bolt

The bolt, which usually stays up after pumping, has started coming down which means I have to raise it manually before I can load the pellet. Anyone know a solution for this?

The thin metal strip that the piston pushes on to raise the breech block may be bent slightly. I had it happen on my Izzy once.
